They do on the longer hauls (US to ICN)

I flew BKK - ICN - SFO and return in business in April, and there were no amenity kits on any of my flights.
Bathrooms in the front of the plane contained toothbrushes and toothpaste, razors and shaving cream, mouthwash and lotion. Slippers (and headsets) were waiting at the seat when I boarded all four flights. But a nice little bag containing individual containers of lotions and potions? No, afraid not.
That aside, I found the service, food and alcohol to be excellent. So all in all, I had no complaints.

KE doesn't offer amenity kit even for F, which I find quite odd.

Flew KE in Y and was very impressed.
KE Business seats are lie flat, better than Asiana's slanted seats.
But it's weird that they dont provide a nice bag of amenities.
Even crappy UA provides a small bag.

Seems a little ironic that even Y passengers received amenity packs. Although they were incredibly basic and all items would have been available to Business passengers in the lavatories, seems slightly odd
