iDine/Rewards Network - Properties requiring Tip = cash only

There's an RN joint here that doesn't accommodate charging the tip -- instead, there's a tip jar by the cash register. Years ago, when I lived in NYC, there was an Irish pub (non-iDine) I used to brunch at where the tip line would be heavily X'd out by the server, and the (pre-tip) amount written into the presented-for-signature charge slip. Any other reports of RN joints like that?
(My compulsive self will have to get over the 4 Priority Club points "lost" from lack of rounding)

I've run into one or two fast-food kinds of places that do this; fortunately, they seem to be as scarce as pork tacos in Egypt.

I've run into no place to write in the tip at "faster" food places, not just conventional "fast food" places. It's usually places where you order at the counter (no waiter orders). In the area where I eat most often, that had included a local Thai chain and an indie Mexican food place (both since left), as well as a combo fast food / family dining place (but were all orders are done at the counter).
It's also usually places where the food doesn't cost much to begin with.

The RN joint in question here is actually fast-food German (place order at counter, pay, and they bring the food to your table, you bus yourself): Bratz (http://aa.rewardsnetwork.com/details.htm?search=true&merchantId=109105).
