I signed up for cruise alerts from both US Airways and Continental. They appear to use the same booking company since I get the same emails from both of them a few hours apart. The only difference in the emails are who it is from and the FF program miles would post to.
Do you know who they use to book? Has anyone used them before?

I used US Airways Cruises this year when they were running a double or triple miles deal. I'm not sure who they use to book.
The agent I used was knowledgeable about cabin locations and offererd suggestions about which cabin in my category would be the best.
Everything went well and I received the miles very quickly once the cruise was over.

They both use a company called World Travel Holdings as their fulfillment agency (through their National Leisure Group division). This company with all their partner accounts and divisions is actually the largest retailer of cruises in the world. Their retail brands include Cruise411, CruisesOnly, Cruises.com. Full-service divisions are CruiseOne and Cruises Inc.
Full list of brands can be found here: http://www.nlg.com/brandList.html
How do I know? I am part of one of the full-service divisions ;).

This is awsome. It now makes sense why a few of the sites had search engines that looked alike. It appears that the deals do vary slightly from one to another. The mileage earning ones appear to take away some of the OBC. That is OK, since you need to decide which version of the deal is most important to you.

Or what level of service/experience you want from your agent.
