There are no non-stops. Most convenient connection is BOS-YUL-YQB on AC, also BOS-EWR-YQB on CO. Or about a 7 hour drive.

I'm doing the drive in 2 weeks. With the connection, it takes about the same amount of time, and is crazy expensive to fly. You can also go US via PHL.

Assuming you're not limiting yourself to flying, you can take Greyhound (bus) via Montreal. It's about 11 hours with 1:15 of layovers/rest stops.

Driving is by far the easiest way to go. It's about 3 to 3.5 hours from BOS straight up I-93 to I-91 to the Canadian border, and a pleasant, scenic ride too (north of Concord, anyway). Faster and cheaper than flying or Greyhound.

The border is not too close to Quebec City though. Only about halfway there.

The only advantage go flying is that you dont have to pay atention. You can read, sleep, whatever. Driving, you're alert the whole time, so a bit more tiring. There are some saver awards available -- 25000 miles on *A, but still needs a connection and generally on CRJs and such. Ouch.
