I booked a car with Alamo on an upcoming weekend with the $15 Insiders weekend special. I am picking up at 7pm on a Thursday and returning it on Monday morning. If I price it out for a return on Monday morning, it quotes a rate around $250. If I price it from 7pm Thurs to Sun 1130pm, it prices it out as 4 days X $15 = $60 + taxes/fees. If I return it on Monday morning, will they charge me a late fee, even though I'm still returning it within 24 hours of the 4th day (i.e. within 96 hours of picking it up). Will they reprice the whole rental when I return it? The $15 rate is supposed to last for up to 4 days and include Monday returns, but for some reason in this case it isn't.

Anyone have experience with this?

from experience , it usually says on the contract how muchthe extra day/ hour costs, and when you return it usaully complies withwhat is stated on the contract, di would make the res to return sunday night and ask the phone rep , how much is it for every extra hour etc.
