bmi diamond club - Quick Lounge Access Question

I have looked and I cannot see this exact question answered. Yours truly is flying BMI! I have had status matched Silver and was promised a card etc but that never arrived. We have checked in on line and I was surprised that there is no mention of anything on the BP. Will I be allowed into the Lounge? Can they look me up or should I stop at a desk and get this sorted. It is not the end of the world if I cannot , but would like to if I can. It is a BD flight to TXL. The things I do for love!

If you can print out the page on flybmi.com which shows your Diamond Club status on flybmi.com and show that at the lounge you should be ok. You may have more trouble on the way back though. Lufthansa are known for refusing entry without cards. I wouldn't worry too much about the lack of status on a boarding pass. The computer seems to have odd moments when it demotes me to BDP on certain flights. If the FFP is showing as 'none' however get them to re-enter the number at check-in.

Best approach if you don't have card with you is to approach desk and ask them to put your number onto the reservation - that way they have looked up your number and you are also more likely to get credited for that flight :D
