Does MCS include free wi-fi, or do you have to pay for that in addition to the upgrade fee?

Since it's provided through a separate company, no, it isn't free for anyone onboard, unless they're having some kind of special.

That's correct; the food and drinks are free, but wifi is for a fee. I find it invaluable to entertain myself for 6 hours!
