This is brand new 90-seater turbroprop and this is called ATR-92. Lets the speculations begin.

Hmm. The Lockheed L-188 Electra held close to 100 passengers and I think that a few of them are still flying, mostly for cargo, but it had 4 engines and I'm guessing that they want to build a 2-engine plane.

The nice thing about the Lockheed L-188 Electra is that it had a lounge at the rear of the cabin, similar in design to the Douglas DC-6 and DC-7s. My guess is that the new ATR will not have these lounge features at all unless if some premium carrier decides to design a retro interior. It goes to show you what twin engine propliners will buy you nowadays. :D
