Mid-Atlantic - HPN White Plains Airport Parking as bad as they say?

I am flying out of White Plains for the first time heading out over 4th of July Weekend. I hear parking is severley limited , first come first serve and very expensive? Any expierences to share or good alternatives? I think I read there is a hotel a few miles away where you can park for $10 a day or so.

Yes, parking is severely limited and it is very expensive. However, there is a lot over at SUNY Purchase now that will accommodate overflow parking (or folks who want to save a few bucks). I would expect the 7/4 weekend to be a popular time for travel, so, if you plan to park at HPN, give yourself lots of time in case you don't find a space and have to go over to SUNY Purchase.

This is the SUNY Purchase parking that I referenced. It's brand new, but it seems like a very reasonable deal assuming that they have ample shuttle service back and forth between the college and the airport.

Ahh ok cool. I wasn't sure if the two were affiliated. I was able to lock down $5 a day! Supposedly it is on demand shuttle. I guess I will write a review upon my return! Thanks!
