Wyndham Rewards - Wyndham London Chelsea - reward stay question

I've never done a reward stay before...

We're looking at staying 4 nights in November, but have points to easily cover 3. If we pay for a better-than-basic room on night 1, say a River View room, and use rewards for the remaining 3 nights is it likely we will be able to keep the better room or will they make us move?

The free night stay covers a standard room for two people including taxes, therefore, when we make the redemption we can only redeem for a standard room.
After the redemption is complete you could contact the property to see if there is anything they can do. They may offer an upgrade for a fee.

I must be being dim but I can't see how many points it is for this property (I can for every other one in the UK except this one!). Can you help?

When you click on Hotel Rewards you got 3 options there:

US& Canada Hotel rewards

Global Hotel rewards

Wyndham Hotel rewards ---> Choose that one and look for UK Hotels
