Hawaii-based Airlines - Online booking fees for interisland travel

I've been thinking of applying for the 35K mile HA Visa card so we can book interisland tix online (AA & UA make you call and charge abt. $25 each). What are the fees/taxes that HA charges? Anyone have an exact figure?

$2.50 per segment if booked online, no matter domestic or interisland.
