There is a thread (even 2) widely discussing the subject in the ELAL forum.

From Ben-Gurions webpage (http://www.iaa.gov.il/Default.aspx):
Due to a problem with aircraft fuel departure and arrival times have been changed. For more information you may contact the airlines or Ben-Gurion Airport's information at tel. no. 972-3-9755555. * The flight times shown on this page are updated.
Addtionally, German new magazine DER SPIEGEL reports (http://www.spiegel.de/reise/aktuell/0,1518,760947,00.html) (translation is mine):
Due to reports of contaminated fuel, all flights at Tel Aviv airport have been cancelled. Dozens of flights from Israel's largest airport were canceled for the time being, airport spokesman told Awisar Adar. It was unclear when the air traffic will resume.
The fuel supplier warned the airport operator from potentially contaminated kerosene. Further details were not immediately known. Flights with contaminated fuel could be dangerous, said Awisar.
Currently, all aircraft would be subjected to thorough testing. There was no danger that planes had already started with contaminated fuel, said Awisar. Israeli media had earlier reported that planes had been ordered to Cyprus for refueling.

The article in Haaretz it titled "Ben-Gurion Airport halts all refueling, flight delays expected" (http://www.haaretz.com/news/national/ben-gurion-airport-halts-all-refueling-flight-delays-expected-1.360018); El Al is not mentioned until the fourth paragraph:
All local take-offs, in addition, had been canceled as well as three El Al Europe-bound flights
This forum is the more appropriate place for this discussion as the fuel contamination issue affects all airlines operating at TLV, not just El Al.
A contaminated fuel supply has prompted the authorities at Ben-Gurion International Airport to cancel all refueling on Thursday, a move which is expected to cause severe flight delays.
According to a report received by Haaretz, foreign airliners in need of refueling have been instructed to land in Cyprus instead, a fact that may lengthen the round of flights due to arrive in Israel and take off from it.
This forum is the more appropriate place for this discussion as the fuel contamination issue affects all airlines operating at TLV, not just El Al.
The appropiate place to discuss it is rather in a forum where there is activity and people to discuss the subject with and where thre are over 25 posts on the subject, rather than this forum which in it's stingy 7 posts no intresting info has been revealed.

Days after fuel contamination effectively suspends Israel's air traffic mysterious substance has yet to be identified. Ben Gurion International Airport still suffers massive delays; fuel shortage cripples national airfield
Three days have passed since a mysterious jet fuel contamination brought air traffic at Ben Gurion International Airport to a halt, and authorities still do not know what caused the problem.
Paz Aviation Assets, one of the airport's two major jet fuel providers, said Sunday that the German laboratory which received the contaminated fuel samples has yet to begin testing them.

Israel domestic flights resume use of suspect jet fuel after tests show no danger
Discovery of 'greasy' liquid in fuel had led to mass disruptions at Ben-Gurion last week, with takeoffs halted and incoming flights diverted.
By Zohar Blumenkrantz and Avi Bar-Eli Tags: Israel news
Israel's domestic flights on Sunday resumed the use of fuel that had been suspected of contamination, after tests showed that the fuel contains no hazardous materials.
The decision was made after several tests carried out on a plane belonging to El Al airlines concluded that the fuel contains no dangerous elements and could be used for flights.
The use of the fuel on international flights will be resumed pending the results of ongoing tests. A special kit provided by the Israel Air Force was used for the tests, using the same filters that initially showed the irregularity in the fuel. The same test was set to be conducted on another 10 to 15 scheduled El Al flights throughout Sunday.
A refinery in Haifa and a laboratory in Ashdod have found that the fuel - which contains what have been described as "greasy liquid parts" - is fit for use.
The fuel containing the greasy liquid was sent to an American Air Force lab in Germany for further testing, however, the lab refused to conduct the test, saying that they only deal with military matters and does not conduct experiments for Israel.

It could be that EL-AL and the Airport are satisfied that the contamination is not problematic, but I received an SMS this morning from BA that my flight on Wednesday will be stopping on-route to collect fuel and will land an hour late.

Welcome to FT!
I wonder if this is only a BA thing, or other airlines are also doing so, after all BA seem to enjoy stopping in Larnaca, they've been trying that back in 2001 too (gave me power to boast that I've been in Cyprus too).
