Looks like Ha revamped the online checkin process a few weeks ago. Any thoughts on whether you love or hate it? At the very least, the BPs don't print in tiny font. It's also a link to a PDF as opposed to printing it off the screen.

So how long till the next step: mobile BPs?

I'll be trying it in a couple of weeks. Meanwhile, the departure of the postage stamp sized boarding passes, if true, can only be good news.

Yes, much larger font and the actual BP extends across the whole page. More designed to loop like a card stock BP than what it was originally.

Good. Every time I printed my BP, they couldn't scan the bar code at the gate.

I'll remember this next time I'm in HNL, which is looking to be in July.

BTW, boarding passes worked fine today. Although I could've sworn that there were some pax out there with the old boarding passes, so perhaps the new OLCI process is only open for certain groups of travelers (I was flying interisland).

Off to the skies again tomorrow with the new boarding passes. Ah, the small things that I trivialize over...

just printed my board pass for up coming flight las to hnl. like the new olcin you can read the board pass nice front size it even had the gate # on it. it also said preferred not sure what that means any body know.

If you're an HA elite, it will say GOLD or PLAT under the "Preferred" heading. Not sure about Premier Club members, but it might also say PREMIER?

Agent had to manually enter my online boarding pass after she tried scanning it several times today.

I used the system on 5/9 and 5/18, and was happy with the changes. Very easy to use, clear, and agree with the others above about the (now) proper size boarding passes.

Any word on when they'll go to a mobile boarding pass?
