Does the AeroTrain at IAD stop at United's Concourse's A and C? Can you go from Concourse A to C via the AeroTrain. My UA flight will depart from Concourse A, but I have some time to spare, and was thinking of visiting the Red Carpept Club in Concource C, as it appears there none in Concourse A. Anyhow, just trying to figure out how to make my way through IAD, thanks!

Yes, but both stations are incredibly inconvenient, especially to RCC on C. Easiest is to take people mover from A to C, take an immediate right at C and RCC will be on your right. If you take Aero train it's a hike from UA (actually UX commuter gates) to AeroTrain station and the train stops at a station located where C will be located someday down the road so you walk (moving walkway) back to the C terminal.

If you're an RCC member or *G and will be at IAD in the afternoon, you could try the Lufthansa Senator Lounge instead, in Concourse B. There's a long thread about experiences with the lounge:

From the A gates it's a long walk down the length of the concourse. If you're departing from IAD you could visit the lounge first before your flight then make your way to your gate.
