Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus - Where to correct missing miles in Bangkok

Recently took a domestic flight in paid biz and never received miles for my flight. Tried to use the online web process to claim the miles but after the 15 day waiting period it came back with "no record of this flight". Annoying.
Before I trek down to the Bangkok TG office with my boarding passes in hand I want to confirm that that location has staff who can correct this and credit my miles for this flight. Does anyone know this for sure? I am asking because last month at that office I asked a simple mileage question (to someone with very good English skills) who was completely unable to answer me, and asked me to call the Royal Silk offices(?).
Thanks everyone...

Are you trying to credit to ROP program? Call their Members Service Center in Bangkok during weekday business hours and have them look up your record and see what they want you to do. Usually they'll want the original boarding passes + the eticket receipt/number but sometimes will accept a fax of them.
phone: (02) 356-1111 Maybe it will save you trip to the office.

Agree, last time this happened to me, very rare, call centre dealt with by requesting me to fax boarding cards and then was done within a few days.
Bepatient and polite, it goes a long way in Thailand when dealing with these matters.
