Washington D.C. (including Baltimore) - Limo Services from NoVa to BWI

Wondering if anyone has experience with the limo services from VA to BWI, this might be the best way for me to get up there but curious to hear other experiences.

I use Red Top Sedan. They are highly reliable and relatively cheap. I say "relatively" because BWI is a hike. If you call Red Top Taxi, it will be equally reliable and will run approx. $85-90 + tip.
