Virgin Atlantic Flying Club - Limo for Upper Class award seat

I have reservations for a trip in Upper Class on Virgin that I redeemed CO miles for. Does anyone know if I am entitled to a limo to the airport, and if so, who should I contact to arrange for it?

Not sure if this applies to CO rewards, but the basic VS upper class rewards do not include limo transfer or arrivals lounge access. For an extra 10k points you can get the limo.
