I was playing around with dates in Puerto Plata and i see only expedia has Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort & Spa All-Inclusive from 5/2-5/7 for $47.15 per day per room. Regular should be around $200 per room per day. So for two people it comes out to $23.57 per person per night all drinks and meals included.

Yes Cheap Caribbean also has them at a low price. I did the deal last November and it was nice. I do not work for Cheap Caribbean but they have a special affinity with lifestyle that gets you some pretty nice perks.
That being said the perks are worth about 5-7 dollars a day (Special beach canopied beach beds and beach side waiter service with great brand name drinks and tasty sushi and chicken wings).
One thing to watch out for is the restaurant restrictions; you must book your restaurant choice early in the day, the day before you want to go.
You will be hounded to go to the timeshare tour. You will be offered a cheap gift and promised that the presentation will be short. It is not short and you will be shuffled around for at least 3 hours.
The beach is nice the pools clean the food good
If you can get the airport transfers from whoever you book through it is a good deal as the local taxi's will try to take advantage of you

Not getting the dates for the air that i need via cheapcaribbean.com, but getting the flights via expedia.

I am going there end of May, I paid $20.11 per person per day .... really looking forward to it.

One note on Cheapcarribean.com (and I have had good experiences with them, pre-travel) ..... their website always defaults to where you book room and flight, but you can always take the extra step and just book the room, and use miles or other methods to book your flights.

I looked on cheapcarribean.com for hotel rooms (no air) for any mon to sat in may and it comes out $70+. On expedia i am still getting that $47.15.

So far can't beat expedia pricing.
