It's a sandwich from London to Helsinki and a drunk only from Helsinki to Vilnius or Riga....

Thanks. What about longhaul such as HEL - HKG etc?

Menu for Y food on AY? I mean seriously, you won't get any choices, it will have some carbs, some protein, most likely something salty and something sweet...at best it'll taste "edible"...it'll take you through the flight but that's it and most definitely you won't need a menu for it...

Best thing you can do is to eat a proper meal before the flight and try to sleep as much as possible, that's the only way to travel in whY.

Luckily for me, I'm flying LHR-HKG with CX...my cousin on the other hand is doing MAN-HEL-HKG...I think he is going to be slightly disappointed!

AVML is the way to go with AY cattle class, only decent meal I've had there. But it does affect/eliminate your upgrade chances so please do try to get bulkhead seats.

AVML?

Asian vegetarian special meal with more flavour than the standard meal. One of the good side of Finnair is that you can order a special meal for every route. On the other hand the short-haul glutein-free, diabetic, non fat, lactose-free vegetarian sandwich is as delicious as it sounds.
