If you go to www.swisstrains.ch
you can watch trains moving around the whole network.
The site starts with Zurich but has a search function for any station in Switzerland and shows icons for each train type. Pointing the cursor at the icon shows origin, destination and current speed and the icons move as the train does. It's like a virtual train set.

Just a remark - it's not based on actual positions of trains, but according to their schedules. However, as Swiss trains tend to run pretty much to time, there usually isn't much difference.

Are you sure? The map is providing what appears to be current speed of each train.

It's an estimated speed, lower near stations and faster elsewhere.
