US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Club Drink Coupons

Was wondering if anyone had ever been able to use a drink coupon given for an Envoy trip at a later date? I have a couple of those and I would like to use them if possible as my next trip is only in North America.
