No just the airbus service is in AL. 737's are done in PIT IIRC.

That is a disgraceful paint job! If I saw that as a passenger I would be worried about maintenance overall.

Just an offhand guess, I'd say that the 737 was supposed to head to the same paint shop that ended up using razorblades on the aircraft - thus causing the need for the "no brainer" paint job. They probably haven't found a replacement paint shop - so they're stuck with that embarassment for a while.
