Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus - How long for mile credits for TG Domestic?

It's been 12 days since my domestic flight in TG biz and no miles have been credited. Went to the TG web site and asked for mile credit but it won't allow it until more than 15 days have passed. So, how long is normal for credit to appear for TG domestic flights into a Royal Silk account?

In my experience, if my ROP number is in the system (i.e. on my boarding pass), it usually takes about three working days on a Thai domestic flight.
