hi, i could use some help from someone who lives in kona, or who's going to be there soon.
when i lived in kona, i used to buy all my flowers from rudy and minda at the wednesday market off ali'i drive at the corner of hualalai and ali'i.
my mom has expressed an interest in hawaiian flowers for mother's day, and i would love to make her hawaiian flower dreams come true from someone she met while she was visiting us there.
rudy and minda ship, or they used to. i have a phone number for them, and a fax, but there's never any answer to either, and they don't email. i'm pretty sure they're still working, but i don't know if they still ship to the mainland, or what they're charging these days.
if anyone's in the area in the next few weeks, could you check to see if they're still shipping, and possibly get a current fax sheet and/or price list--they have them available there. if you could scan and email it to me, or snail-mail, i'd be forever grateful--as would my mom. ;)
