I know that Fairmont offer will be available on May 11. the deal is:

Weekend at the Plaza Hotel in New York for $ 834
6 nights at the Fairmont Kea Lani Maui for $ 1570
6 nights at the Fairmont Orchid Hawai for $ 1570

I have no additional information or what would be the T&C of this offer.

Just as a tip, it is fairly easy to add a "secondary" billing address as a US address, thus allowing your CC to make it look like you are a US resident.
