US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Great customer service-- address for thank-you note?

I just got amazingly good customer service from a lady in Winston-Salem, NC, who was apparently on the international sales desk but who worked with the Dividend Miles Service Center to fix an award ticket I booked-- if I write Debra Thompson (of the "Your Turn" column fame) will the lady in Winston-Salem (and her boss) who was so great receive the letter, or is there another address I should use? Thanks.

Kudos for a employee sent to Ms Thompson's office (whether by e-mail or US Mail) will eventually make their way to the staff member involved. But you may also want to send a copy directy to the person's direct supervisor or manager. Or directly to the employee!
