I watched the A&E show "Airline" tonight. It's a "real" show that follows around SouthWest Airlines employees through the day.

The first segment dealt with a flight that was oversold by 53 people. That's FIFTY THREE PEOPLE. It showed how these people were treated by SW employees, who all seemed to be very nice people.
Passengers with advanced tickets were missing cruises, etc because of SW's ticketing policies. It sure doesn't make me want to fly SW.
I've never flown with SW, but wonder from those who have.....is this the exception or the norm?
