How can a tourguide busdriver get into the women's loo that often anyway? I doubt he has "business" in the terminal area that often anyway.

Stop the panic!! It was not in the terminal area!! The way I understand it these were the ones at the outside site where the tours for the airport start. This makes it NO better of course but not everyone who has passed through FRA need be worried.
Another reason to close the shades when using the F lavatories on LH on the ground!

He should come over here and apply for a job at TSA. Installing nudie cams in airports is a big money government career these days. And so long as he is doing it for "national security". he can have his peep show without fear of arrest.
Could be worse. Just a couple of years ago EVA Air in Taiwan caught the copilot with nudie cams installed in the lav of a BR A330

I really don't get these freaks... there is really nothing much to see/observe from the example in the current news report. AFAIK no one strips completely to use a parking lot toilet, nor does such location have massive traffic.

Well, this could be discussed to nowhere and is not really related to Germany but there could be a 1000 motives.
Maybe the guy wanted to be caught? Maybe it was the excitement of doing something illegal?
You name it....
Still, truly disgusting and I hope he will be brought to real justice.
