Nordic Countries - Proper attire for Noma in Copenhagen ?
We'll be traveling in Denmark, Germany and the Czech Republic for 2 weeks and have reservations for Noma in mid-June. What is the recommended attire for dinner at Noma ? We'd prefer not to have to pack a suit and tie or nice dress, but don't want to appear out of place either. I suspect this will be our nicest (and priciest) meal of our trip, and presumably, also the dressiest.

All you need to wear is a thick wallet an an empty stomach.
All you need to wear is a thick wallet an an empty stomach.Thick wallet is right  I knew this would be expensive, but finally did the DKK-USD conversions based on the prices on Noma's website, and ... wow ! The wine pairing alone is close to $200/person. Any experiences with the pairing ? I generally prefer to take the pairing, but have had some disappointments with routine or poorly matched wines in the past. I'm confident that wouldn't be the case at Noma, but I'm interested in anyone's thoughts.
