What is the recommended attire for dinner at Noma ? We'd prefer not to have to pack a suit and tie or nice dress, but don't want to appear out of place either. The wine pairing alone is close to $200/person. Any experiences with the pairing ? I generally prefer to take the pairing, but have had some disappointments with routine or poorly matched wines in the past. I'm confident that wouldn't be the case at Noma, but I'm interested in anyone's thoughts. |
