I reserved a car through Budget (not my usual choice) at ORD. Of course, I am signed up for Fastbreak, where the customer is supposed to go straight to the car and skip the desk.
Arrived at Budget at ORD, the tote board sign that should have renter's names was dark, and it looked like there was a PERMANENT sign that read "Fastbreak customers, please check in at counter".
Is Fastbreak service available at ORD? Does anyone have experience with this? Budget customer service is absolutely no help, just cutting and pasting from the FAQ. I really hate wasting my time at the counter, and I'd like to know for next time if this was a temporary or permanent situation.
