Some of the locals have told me that, despite the hype and celebrity chef, the restaurant is a disappointment. But it does show up nicely in one of those upscale car commercials - I think it was an Acura.

The majority of staff seasonal, so don't really care at the end of the season.
At a ski resort, house keeping comes to do daily room change at 4 in the afternoon.
Room service: food comes cold. manager cripes for return
Manager cripes taking off internet charges for platinum member
Concierge is a seasonal college girl who has no idea of local restaurants. Have to call taxi to go to town which is huge fee. She has no idea which ones charge "return fees" as they have to come some distance and which are local.

The problem isn't seasonal it is the staff competencies. If they aren't up to snuff the GM should have someone train them accordingly if they want to keep up their standards.
