I just tried to contact USAirways with a comment about their club changes for lifetime members. It took quite a while to figure it out. If you go to their web site and click on the "contact us" tab there is no link to contact them - i just could not find a way to contact them if i click "contact us" - it only give a list of canned questions and answers (did i miss something??). When I finally found a hidden email link about specific flight complaints it wouldn't let me send anything without my departing airport code (none!). I wonder why so hard to get in touch about consumer issues?

I had the exact same problem doing the same thing. In my message about the club changes, I think I noted that they had made it difficult to contact them (I was to lazy to spell out the details, thanks for saving some typing).
Having a big "Contact Us" button, and then only providing a limited f.a.q. certainly insn't an improvement to me.
Oddly, if you type in a phrase to search on, the answer comes back with a second tab page available "Contact US Airways", which has all of the old contact links that used to be on the main Contact Us page. I swear that wasn't their yesterday.
I think the lone programmer needs to go back to User Interface/HCI class.

http://www.usairways.com/customers/contact/ is the email directory. I got it by asking "how do i contact US airways?" in the ask US a question function.
