Not very happy about this. Not sure there's anything that can be done about though.

I got a similar e-mail today as well, however, from Barclay Card who uses Epsilon as well.

Considering the volume of credit card, financial, and medical theft, I'm not too worried about my e-mail address getting out there any more than it is.

So far, I've received the same email from Brookstone and Tivo, as well as Disney.

It appears this is pretty widespread to a lot of different companies.

The fact that this is more widespread than just Disney doesn't make me feel any better. I know it's just an email hacking this time - or so they say - but if they can obtain our emails who knows what's next? It really makes me think twice about booking online. Especially since my last Disney experience was pretty crappy anyway. This is like insult after injury.

Cheers,

Sorry to hear that but it happened to a service Disney uses not Disney itself. I certainly am not worried

I hate the rat, but this is no big deal. I got it as well.
Heck, I am guessing that my email is out there somewhere available.
Haven't gotten any increased spam so far.

Well, the list of companie effected is growing..

Now they're saying banks, such as Capital One, are effected. This is far worse than merchants, since people may respond to emails from their bank and have their accounts compromised.

Got the same email from at least two other companies.
