Calories can be cruel. Sweat through a 30-minute workout and you can torch 200. Take three gulps of a foamy frappuccino and you're right back where you started. But slashing those suckers can be as effortless as piling them on. We've found 78 ways you can cut 100 or more calories at a pop. From picking the right slice at Pizza Hut to skipping the whip on your latte, they'll add up so fast, you won't miss a thing—until poof! Your love handles are gone.

The problem of course is that there are ten million ways to add 100 calories throughout the day! :)

This is true. However, if you can follow a few of these each day, you can probably at least break even, if not subtract a few calories. :)

The thing I don't like about these lists is I only ever commit one or two of the sins and very sporatically at that.

I saw the same article in an email, but haven't had time to read it yet.
I'm thinking that perhaps we start a thread call 'healthy eating tips' (doesn't have to be that; you get the gist) & then post tips like these in a single thread rather than starting individual threads.
I get quite a few newsletters w/ tips & thought of doing the single thread thing myself, but since others like kipper do as well might make sense given there are dif sources & we could quickly overrun the forum w/ tip threads.
Thoughts?
Cheers.

I'll get one of the senior mods to make the thread title change.
Cheers.

Title change has been done. It's great to see this forum get such a productive start.
