US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Upgrade Possibilities?

I have two flights coming up. On both I have purchased a "V" class ticket. Availability is currently showing:

F4 Y4 B4 M4 H4 Q4 V4 W4 S4 T0 K0 L4 G0 A4

and

F4 A2 P3 E2 Y7 B7 M7 H7 K7 Q7 V7 L7

I have space positive upgrades I want to use. My understanding is that unless there is "E" availability, like on the second flight, I am out of luck. Am I correct?

That's right, but more E availability may open up by the time your flight departs.
