US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Redeeming USAirways miles on Lufthansa

This was supposed to go in to effect in October but apparently hasn't yet. Has anyone heard anything about when this might occur?

Mileage accrual went into effect in October (double credit through ~February), but for award travel they're still saying "check back soon."

I'm thinking about trying to get tix to Nairobi so I can use a Hilton HHonors Safari award, so I'm keeping an eye on the US site for an announcement...
