InterContinental Hotels Group Stay Forum - HIX Tampa (Brandon)

Stayed two nights in March. Is located in suburb of Tampa very near lots of shopping at Brandon Town Center - need a car for sure.

Property is new; in suburban area; can see the highway from the hotel but could not hear it. Beautiful landscaping and beside a pond - can eat outside on patio or near the heated swimming pool.

Our room had two double beds and small microwave and fridge, LCD TV and good wifi. Breakfast is regular HIX fare but can sit out on patio to eat it complimentary USA Today and glass walled business center in front of reception.

AAA rate was about $100.

My parents live in Brandon, so I'm there a few times a year.
