US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Exporting US Miles

There have been numerous threads in other forums on how to export FF miles from one airline or points program to another.

Has anyone found a way to export dividend miles to another program?

No. There is no way.

Does this go for transfers through Diners Club or any other paid membership programs?
