I doubt they'll comp you to the equivalent, Chairman's Preferred. Call the DM Service Center at 336-661-8390 for the details on what you need to do. Ask them to comp you to the equivalent level, Chairman's Preferred ... they will probably only comp you to Gold Preferred, but they do on occasion comp to CP.
