US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - How long of a wait for customs in Munich? Philly?

LHR was a nightmare...is Munich any better? It sure seems a lot smaller. Is there an ungodly line when US's flight gets in at 10am? Just trying to get a handle on my day.
Is Philly still the nightmare that I have heard described here?
FWIW, I arrived at MIA last month and customs was a BREEZE. No wait, walked right through. No hassle whatsoever.

Munich should not be problematic at all. Usually there is no line at all at customs as people just go by them and they randomly pick two or three from each plane for a secondary inspection. If you fly onwards from munich (including domestic flights), you only have customs look at your hand-luggage, and the hold-baggage will be checked at your final destination (which may or may not have different rules than MUC).
Immigration can have lines, however there is usually no real wait there, maybe a few minutes at maximum.

Regarding PHL, I just came through from CDG yesterday on my home to BOS. Customs was fine, but the line for security going to connecting flights was a mile long. I'd switched to an earlier flight to BOS than I'd originally planned and barely made it. My bags, which had the re-route tags for the new flight, made it to BOS 2 1/2 hours (two flights) after me...I was not happy!
