Mid-Atlantic - Good place to shower after a redeye (EWR or Manhattan)

I have to last minute take a redeye from SEA to EWR tomorrow night for a meeting on Tuesday in Manhattan. Where's a good place that I can clean up before my meeting? Is my best bet to just call some hotels and see if I can "book" a room for like 3 hours at a discounted rate? Is there a spot at EWR? I'll likely be flying Continental in F. Thanks!

Take a cab from EWR to Chinatown and find one of those 24/7 thai massage places. You can get a great shower and be on your way to your meeting, refreshed and invigorated in time for your meeting.
