I can see them extending 9R/27L (the south runway) by moving the cab stand and re-aligning US-1 farther east, but that's the only thing I can think of (and it'll demolish traffic in that area for a year or two.) The new runway will be sloped, with a height of 65' at the eastern end, so I assume that the roads/tracks will stay where they are and the runway will go over them. Similar to the newest runway at ATL which goes over the interstate.
