Whilst Air Berlin's Top Bonus is really the fastest responding Frequent Flyer Programme I know, their Programme for small and medium businesses, "Business Points" regrettably is the opposite:
every flight I have to retro-claim the credit although stating the member-number in the reservation.
Several credits for flights made for business purpose were denied, because in their view it must be fun for me to squeeze myself into a flight full of loud holidaymakers and transfer at remote resort islands and therefore could not have been a business trip.
They promised to correct this by phone several times, but when nothing happened I finally wrote to them and now they maintain by now it is too late to claim.
Anyone else have similar negative experiences here?
