US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - CP Rollover ...or not?

So what was the final concensus? Is the CP rollover being implemented once again? Details?

Waiting for a reply from Consumer Affairs. There seems to be mixed messages coming from US on this.

I got it in my July email statement. It's on.

According to the DM Service Center, no decision has been made. What appeared in your statement may be an error.

I got it in my email statement too. It had better be on.

To book travel or not to book travel? I was planning quite a bit when i thought it was on. If not, I'll postpone until January or go for silver on UA.

I received the CP rollover message in my September email statement.

OK, a little bit of a naive question: is it miles that roll over, segments, or both?

In prior years, miles over 100,000 rolled over AND segments over 100 rolled over. There's some confusion as to whether this is happening this year. I began the year with ~130,000 tier miles, rolled over from last year, so this may be why I never received the message. Regardless, the DM Service Center said "no" to rollover. Still waiting to hear from Consumer Affairs...

It might be helpful if thosed that recieved
the Email have 100k actual flight miles this year, exluding previous rollovers
and double tier miles as this may be a new
criteria starting this year?

Nope, on top of the ~130,000 rolled over, I've flown an additional ~170,000.

I spoke to consumer affairs and they are rolling miles over. DM center reps hadn't been notified, but she confirmed it. So we are all set.

Just spoke to CP desk, she checked with her supervisor, "rumor is they are doing it but nothing official out yet".

I told her to tell her mgt that I am waiting to hear before booking trip to AMS.

I think this is just a massive miscommunication where they decide to do the rollover at HQ and told the programmer to put it in the e-statements, but forgot to tell the rank and file. Must be hard to be on the front line with no prior notification of what your company is emailing to its best customers and then trying to field the questions as they roll in.
