Travel Health and Fitness - running near Geneva (GVA) airport?

I'm going to be staying right near GVA and am wondering if it is possible to get some good running in while I am there. I won't have a rental car, but I could conceivably take the train somewhere. Ideally, however, I would prefer to run directly from the hotel. Any thoughts on this one?

Holiday Inn Express.. which I think is literally next door, though it may be a short walk. :)
