Can we have a donates for Japan Relief? We need to raising more money for Japan Relief. I know what exactly that I heard what happened yesterday and it was so horrible news to hear. Can we have a consider to donates the money for Red Cross.

My question was who is in control of the funds as it is not explicitly mentioned in the link! Also it would seem that the money is funneled directly to charities which are connected already but do not include Japan relief ! Would it not be better to send people to the Red Cross or some other multi-national aid agency? Just my 2 JPY!
