Hi fellow travelers,
Going to Prague and Paris in early May. I am bringing a few devices that will automatically convert from 110 to 220. I need advice and help here- getting different stories.
1.If the device/electronic etc- converts automatically – do I just need an adapter? a converter? or both?
2.Need recommendations on reliable and trusted makes /models that can work in both Prague and Paris. There are many out there and want ones that will work.
Many thanks,
Cindy:)
Just an adapter if your charger already converts.

You just need one or two of these plug adapters. Czech and France use the same european style plug.

Look on the device and if it says 100-250 Volts 50/60 Hz it can be used in any country without a converter it just needs a plug adapter (http://www.kropla.com/electric2.htm). If it just says 110/115/120/125 60 Hz you must use a converter to step down the voltage from 220/250.
