US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - US Discount codes in General - UA/ US Codeshare Discounts Specifically

I have two reservation currently booked which I would like to discount. One is entirely booked on US Air in L class. It could have also been booked on UA codeshares in T class.

So I have two questions. Are there any coupons codes out there that will work with L class on US (it's a really cheap $198 fare that I'm looking to further discount)?

And, are there any coupons out there that allow discounting of codesshare fare using mixed metal on either side of the fence - ie, being offer by US or UA?

In the second scenario, I havn't seen any from either side to date. Thx!

Could you use the 15% UA Entertainment book coupon? (I don't know much about it at all, just remember a few people talking about it.)

Other than that, the only one I've seen is a periodic 5% one that goes up on the US website when the phone queue gets really backed up.

I thought about the ENT BOOK too. Unfortunately, US advises that they are not matching the ENT discount this time around.

So does anyone have any promotion codes that will allow a discount either on US metal - or with a UA codshare thrown into the mix?

Of course, I'm looking for a codes that will discount the lowest fares, L for US or T for UA.

Once a reservation is booked and the 24 hour period is over, there is nothing you can do to discount it. If per chance you did have something like a voucher and tried to apply it after the 24 hour period--they would charge you the change fee.

In general US does not do discount codes/coupons like UA does. The only thing you CAN do with this ticket is upgrade it with miles or coupons. Heck, $198 is a pretty good deal for just about any market in the country.
