Caribbean - What's the Best Dining In Bonaire

Somebody are going to Bonaire for a dive holiday . They love to dive, but they love to eat as well and my friend excited about trying some new cuisines, old favorites in a different location and whatever is best.

Any opinions on who has the:

1). Best cuisine local to the Bonaire.
2). Best Indonesian food.
3). Best Surinamese food.
4). Best Argentinean steakhouse.

Also, what are the must try Bonaire specialties/dishes.

I don't remember the names of the local restaurants, but do remember conch being something unique and delicious there. You can find some restaurant names on this post:

We always go to City Cafe for their happy hour...2 for 1 drinks. Their food is average, but just one block up you'll find a BBQ rib place that has awesome BBQ! They are upstairs.
