Southwest Rapid Rewards - TQP Question

Not for myself, but for a member of my family.

If a person as of today (03/04/2011) has zero BIS segments, but has had activity on their credit card in both January and February, shouldn't that person have some TQP towards A-list? Or, does January and February of 2011 not count.

This family member had credit card activity in January and February, but shows TQP of ZERO.

credit card (and other partner) spend does not count to TQP. Only paid fares count towards TQP and if you have the new "Premier" credit card you will get a 1500 TQP bonus for each 10K in spending. CC and partner activity will credit as redeemable points beginning March 1.
